A: To bring the seat toward you, you can pull up on the stroller seat to your preferred height. To adjust the seat down, you will need to push both buttons on either side of the seat and slowly release down to the lower position. If the seat is occupied while adjusting the seat down, carefully hold the seat and lower it; do not let go, or it may jostle the occupant.

Underneath the leg support is a buckle, unbuckle and flatten out the pramette. To go from pramette to toddler seat, do the reverse actions.
A: Follow the directions in the instruction manual for three-motion fold. If you are still having issues, please contact customer service and they can walk you through step-by-step.

When you disembark, your stroller will be there waiting for you; no need to try to drag it onto the plane with your babe and the many bags you have. Check with your airline for additional information.
