Shipping & Tax Details
We know you’re excited for your Joie gear (and we are too!). Below, we’ve outlined details of what you can expect with shipping & taxes when ordering your gear from us here on Joie Direct.
Standard Shipping is FREE for all Joie Direct orders over $150. For orders under $150, please refer to the following pricing:
Purchase price $1-$49.99: $4.95 shipping
Purchase price $50-$99.99: $9.95 shipping
Purchase price $100-$149.99: $14.95 shipping
Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Washington State.
You should receive your order within 10 business days following your order confirmation. We do not offer weekend deliveries. Should you have a rural zip code, please allow up to an additional two days.
For two-day shipping, orders must be placed by 2 p.m. EST to ship that day; all other orders will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday and 11:59 p.m. EST Friday through Sunday will be processed the following business day. Therefore, an order placed with 2-day shipping that ships on a Thursday would be delivered on the following Monday.
Please note: Two-day shipping may be impacted by weather related or other uncontrollable circumstances. Therefore, it is always a good idea to check with FedEx for alerts and areas impacted.
Joie observes the following US holiday calendar:
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Orders placed on these days will ship the following non-holiday business day.
We ship to all 50 states.
Our site does NOT process orders shipping to non-US territories, International addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Please note: We ship our items FedEx and do not ship to an APO, AE or addresses outside the U.S.
Should you, for some reason, need to edit your order before it has shipped, you can do so by calling our customer service team at 1.866.798.7866.
Joie charges the appropriate state tax based on the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. The sales tax displayed at checkout is the final tax applied.
All orders ship via FedEx.
